Sandeep has over 20 years of experience working with various commercial, not for profit and social enterprise organizations. Sandeep is a Chartered Accountant by qualification, and also has a Masters in Development Studies.

Sandeep work has involved consulting, Board positions, strategy, financial operations. A key to Sandeep's experiences has been context and collaboration for impactful outcomes. Sandeep started out with Ernst & Young and then went onto to being part of the organizing team for India's largest train journey on entrepreneurship, to leading the business education side for social impact businesses in different parts of the world through an education centre in Kerala, South India.

He led the India@75 program at Confederation of Indian Industry, to then moving to revamping a social enterprise in Timor-Leste. In Australia, Sandeep was with the Centre for Social Impact, UNSW for 5 years delivering a range of business impact educational experiences, and is now as the Academic Lead in the cutting edge Trailblazer program at UNSW.

Sandeep has been on the Boards of various organisations, that engage in community led initiatives for energy, workforce and education.
