Over 15 years experience in the travel industry, understanding guest expectations and how to deliver on them is my signature skill . Experience in the other industries such as health, advertising & finance have helped greatly in bringing me to the position of General Manager and the success of the Oriana.
I have a creative eye and attention to detail whilst always looking at everything through the eyes of the guest. Joining the team Oriana at the time of its reinvention over 6 years ago and working hand in hand with my Hotel Division manager has made for a fun and powerful team experience . We know every nook and Cranny of the Oriana.
