Josie has a passion for growing regional communities and economies through innovation, community-centric designed projects and strategic market engagement. Her well-rounded experience, although based in communication and engagement, spans destination marketing, new resident and skills attraction, event support, business development and strategic economic development. Josie heads The Welcome Experience program, an initiative that provides a personal concierge service to public sector health and education workers including nurses, teachers, police, firefighters, paramedics and social workers, as well as non-government health and education employees including GPs, aged care staff, childcare workers, veterinarians and Aboriginal Medical Services staff.
