The business specialises in the sale and leasing of commercial, industrial and residential property in Dubbo and surrounding areas and in 2021 was awarded the contract to be co-ordinating agent for No. 1 Church St the first residential high-rise building in Dubbo.

In 2024 the business celebrated 50 years of operation in Dubbo.
